Welcome to the MacHack 1996!
MacHack is a great conference. For four days and three nights the conference goes full steam and lives on caffeine. During that time there are cutting edge sessions, helpful round-tables, way-cool papers, and some of the best networking this side of Cupertino. When the conference is over, the attendees brains are full, they have a couple of T-Shirts, possibly a MacWeek mug, and a hack that they stayed up all night writing. They also come away with the proceedings.
The proceedings contain all of the papers that were presented at the conference and some really well-thought-out concepts and programming tricks written by people who code for a living. Every year there are some really excellent papers presented and one of them could be yours. We help with editing and some ideas to produce papers that will not be overlooked. If you have a way-cool application, a new technology or new way of doing something, or a good tutorial on present technologies and how they work, we want a paper from you.
